Tanqly is a mobile application that helps aquarium hobbyists track water parameters, manage fish and livestock, schedule maintenance, and monitor tank health. Available as a free download with optional premium features ("Tanqly Pro") via in-app purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tanqly.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Google Play account will be charged at confirmation of purchase
- Annual plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the app's services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tanqly is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We do not warrant the accuracy of the species database, disease information, or medication dosing recommendations. Always consult qualified professionals for serious aquatic health concerns.
7. Accuracy of Information
The species care data, water parameter ranges, disease diagnoses, medication dosing recommendations, and all other aquarium information provided in Tanqly is for general reference only.
This information may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. Fish keeping involves living animals and inherent variability — what works for one tank may not work for another.
Tanqly is not responsible for the health or loss of any fish, livestock, coral, or plants based on information or recommendations provided in the app. Always use your own judgment, consult experienced hobbyists, and seek professional advice for serious aquatic health concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tanqly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of fish or livestock resulting from reliance on app recommendations.
Important: Tanqly is not responsible for fish health outcomes. Aquarium keeping involves living creatures and inherent risks. Always use your own judgment.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
